Black Women
Soul Circles
Black Woman Soul Circles are sacred gatherings where Black women come together to pause, breathe, and return to themselves. Rooted in reflection, storytelling, and collective wisdom, these circles create space to release the weight of expectations and reconnect with truth, intuition, and inner strength. Through guided conversation and soulful practices, women remember who they are beneath the roles they carry. In community, we nourish the spirit, honour our lived experiences, and cultivate the courage to lead our lives—and our communities—from a place of wholeness.

The Leadership Series
An Invitation for Women of Colour Ready to Lead from Connection, Not Performance
For too long, Black women and women of colour have carried the weight of being “strong” — strong enough to survive, strong enough to hold everyone together, strong enough to keep going when no one else does.
But strength without rest becomes isolation.
Visibility without true recognition becomes invisibility.
Leadership without belonging becomes performance.
It’s time to disrupt the old model of leadership — to release the myth that our value lies only in how much we can carry, and to remember that leadership can also be relational, intuitive, and whole.
This gathering invites you to reimagine leadership — not as power over, but as coherence within and connection among.
Together, We Will Explore:
Shift From Invisibility to Authentic Visibility
We will name the unseen labour and the quiet brilliance that too often go unrecognized. Through dialogue and reflection, we’ll explore what it means to be truly seen — to lead without shrinking or over-performing.
Healing Cultural Disconnection
Through storytelling and shared remembering, we’ll honour our cultural inheritances — and reclaim the wisdom they hold for leading in a way that is aligned, sustainable, and rooted in community.
Confidence and Competence — A New Relationship
We’ll reframe confidence not as performance, but as embodied self-trust. You’ll learn to bridge inner knowing with practical competence — to lead from resonance, not resistance.
Disrupting the Strong Black Woman Narrative
The "Strong Black Woman" schema paints us as unbreakable, endlessly self-sufficient, and emotionally restrained. It was shaped by generations of racial and gender oppression—and while it once protected us, now it often keeps us disconnected from the very things we long for: rest, intimacy, joy, freedom. We’ll gently unpack the cultural expectation that equates worth with endurance. Explore the relationship between strength and resilience. Together, we’ll practice allowing softness, rest, and reciprocity as acts of power, not weakness.
Redefining Power Through Relational Leadership
We’ll explore leadership as connection — how the most impactful leaders are those who create coherence through empathy, curiosity, and cultural awareness.

It is time to reclaim our narratives, redefine our perceptions and cultivate a culture of trust, vulnerability, intimacy, and belonging. Let’s embark on a transformative journey of empowerment as we change the narrative of how as Black women see ourselves, each other and our vibrant cultures. Have our voices be heard, sharing stories that nurture, support, empower and celebrate each other while forging meaningful connections.
What can we expect to co-create and experience together?
Foster Trust
Together, we will create a safe and nurturing space built on trust, where we can openly share our experiences, challenges, and dreams. By honoring each other’s stories and holding space with compassion, we will cultivate a sisterhood grounded in trust, authenticity, and support.
Embrace Vulnerability
Let us shatter the walls that have hindered vulnerability and masked our true selves. In this Women’s Circle, we will embrace vulnerability as a strength, allowing us to heal, grow, and connect on a deeper level. By sharing our authentic journeys, we inspire others to do the same, fostering an environment of openness and understanding.
Cultivate Intimacy
Through meaningful connections and heartfelt conversations, we will cultivate a sense of intimacy that transcends superficial boundaries. By genuinely seeing and valuing one another, we create a sisterhood where love, acceptance, and understanding flourish. Together, we will redefine what it means to be intimately connected as Black women.
Embrace a Sense of Belonging
Let us create a space where every Black woman feels a sense of belonging, where our voices are heard, and our experiences are celebrated. By dismantling the isolating narratives that have plagued us, we will foster an inclusive community that embraces our shared heritage and diverse perspectives, affirming that we belong and have an irreplaceable role in shaping our collective future.
